ANALYST – FUNDRAISING AND M&A
Neumann is the strategic and financial partner of choice for entrepreneurs in the digital space, supporting them from their initial fundraising rounds through to the exit, including various strategic developments and all intermediate financing operations.

YOUR PROFILE:
You are a graduate from a top business or engineering school (including Sciences Po and Dauphine) with a specialization in corporate finance.
Previous significant experience in Transaction Services, Private Equity, or M&A
Strong interest in the entrepreneurial & VC ecosystem.
Excellent writing skills, ability to synthesize, and high attention to detail.
Autonomy and adaptability.
Fluent in both French and English.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Contribute to the preparation of materials (pitch decks, executive summaries, information memoranda).
Conduct market analysis and sector monitoring, including mapping across your areas of focus.
Take part in client workshops and manage process follow-up.
Provide support on financial modeling and business plan preparation.
Participate in roadshows with investors and entrepreneurs.

YOUR PROFILE:
Master’s student at a top-tier business school or an international BSc (leading business schools, Sciences Po, Dauphine, etc.).
Prior meaningful experience in VC, PE, M&A, or within a startup (commercial role, chief of staff, executive support, etc.).
Strong interest in entrepreneurship, venture capital, and tech, digital, or data/AI topics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, with a strong sense of storytelling.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous, with the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate an editorial calendar, and work with demanding stakeholders, including senior professionals.
Comfortable with social media (content creation and management), with strong creative and organizational instincts; curious, resourceful, and adaptable.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and develop well-founded viewpoints to inform decision-making.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
MARKET ANALYSIS & DEALFLOW
Market research and sector monitoring: competitive analysis and tracking of industry trends.
Dealflow support: assisting in the identification and qualification of potential opportunities, conducting financial, competitive, and strategic analyses, and supporting the preparation of commercial pitches.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & ECOSYSTEM
Preparation and participation in tech ecosystem events, contributing to Neumann’s visibility and brand positioning (representation, visibility initiatives, etc.).
Supporting the development and engagement of the network (clients, investors, ecosystem stakeholders) and organizing Neumann events.
CONTENT & COMMUNICATION
Managing the editorial calendar (LinkedIn, website, newsletter): planning, publishing, performance tracking, and coordination of approvals.
Creating and distributing multi-format content (articles, posts, videos, podcasts), managing the website and external channels, and contributing to newsletters.
Supporting press relations and public relations activities.
MARKETING OPERATIONS
Structuring and managing tools, workflows, and content pipelines.
Contributing to content organization and key marketing initiatives.
